		Students and OAPs should include a proof of their status with their registration form and payment. Association Members should quote their membership number. NB. Registration is free of charge for staff and students from the Royal Northern College of Music and the University of Manchester. They MUST however register. The Full Conference fee* for the three categories covers attendance to all sessions, the keynote address by Sir Peter Ustinov, and all RNCM public events. Full delegates will also be eligible for discounts for most concerts during the Festival, and for the Symposium dinner. It does not include meals or accommodation. 		PAYMENTS Payment should be in £ sterling only, either by cheque or by bank transfer. Please note that registration will be valid only upon receipt of payment. If you do not have an e-mail address, please include a self-addressed envelope. Cancellation Cancellations are acceptable when received up to 6 January 2003. Payments will be refunded minus a processing fee of 10%. Insurance The organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, loss or damage to delegates' personal belongings. Please check the terms of your travel insurance. ACCOMMODATION The organisation of accommodation is the delegates' responsibility. This link offers relevant details. Early booking is highly recommended. MEALS A meal package is available on a voucher basis. - Morning and afternoon tea and coffee at 60p per voucher. Available on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. - Lunch at £5.50: main course + dessert + coffee, or starter + main course + coffee. Available Saturday and Sunday The RNCM canteen will be open for drinks and for lunch on Monday 10. There is also a variety of eating places near the RNCM.
