Three Oranges Journal

Earlier this year, we announced the suspension of
the Three Oranges Journal. It is with great regret that the Serge Prokofiev Foundation announces that
there will be no further editions of the Three Oranges Journal. Last January’s Edition, No 30, was, in effect, the last.
The Foundation is very proud to have produced
30 editions of the Journal, spread over 15 years. Under its two editors, first Noëlle Mann then
Simon Morrison, a range of issues relating to
the composer was discussed. The Journal provided
a platform for scholars to explore lesser known issues, the composer’s music and his environment.
The unique format and layout of the Journal (except No 30) were the work of Serguei Prokofieff.
We would like to thank all the contributors and everyone involved in the production of Three Oranges Journal who gave their time and expertise.
